Health and wellness is so much more than fitness and appearance. It's a creative lifestyle. When I first began my study, I thought I wanted to be a dietitian. After a couple years in university studying Nutritional Science I knew this job was not my path. By studying holistic nutrition, yoga and Chinese medicine, I am able to explore many different outlooks in health. Emotional connection is by far one of my most valued areas. Whether its eating in a happier way, or finding more motivation, there is always a connection to our emotions.
