These tiers combine the accountability and strategic programming of the online tiers with dedicated, hands-on coaching in your private home gym.
In-Person Session:
Single, stand-alone session in the home gym. Perfect for technique checks or program testing.
$100 AUD (45-minute visit)
Hybrid: Foundations PLUS Tier 1 (Empowered Foundations):
Online Coaching PLUS Fortnightly (every two weeks) 45-min PT session in the home gym.
$140 AUD Weekly
