​I'm Leanne - a Canadian Holistic Nutritionist, Acupuncturist, Herbalist, Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer.  My vision is simple: learning to prioritise longevity while still living for performance. To be able to live and perform well in the now, while making sure we do not pay for it in the future. This is how we find balance. 

I help clients feel their best by helping them understand how to eat, how to train, and how to live a healthy lifestyle in balance. No more yo-yoing, no more defeated expectations - just real, accurate results that can maintain the future.

HOW TO WORK WITH ME:

BRONZE PACKAGE:
​Movement Subscription 
​$40.00 per month

The Bronze package is the entry-level way to work with me. This includes on demand classes that are convenient in time (15-60minutes) and able to be paired to other classes or your other programs. Within the subscription, you will find:
- 30min Yin Yoga Classes
- 45min Calming Flow Yoga Classes
- 45min Pose Breakdown Yoga Classes
- 60min Vinyasa Yoga Classes
- 15min Mobility Drills Classes
- 30min Strength Building Classes

You will become part of a closed community group, where we will have monthly movement challenges with a different focus or direction each month, discussion around lifestyle hacks and general nutrition targets to aim at hitting. This is your first step towards feeling your best!

​SILVER PACKAGE:
​Subscription + Nutrition
​$40.00 per week​

The Silver package adds more individualisation, as we will go over your specific goals and create a plan around your nutrition. You will receive weekly check ins to help keep yourself accountable, as well as find adjustments if needed throughout the weeks. 

This program is a 12 week commitment. You receive open access to the subscription model, plus your own specific nutrition consultations.

GOLD PACKAGE:
Subscription + Nutrition + Programming
​$65.00 per week

The Gold package is adding the last elements of the fitness journey in - your own specific movement goals! 
You receive the subscription to use as recovery practices, a nutrition plan tailored to your own unique goals, and a training program to be even more specific to your goals!

This program is a 12 week commitment. You receive open access to the subscription model, plus your own specific nutrition and training consultations with weekly follow ups to keep you on track!

NUTRITION

We eat everyday - this gives us an opportunity each day to provide the very best for our bodies to perform optimally. I focus on a whole foods approach, but with a blend of macronutrient focus and targeting. I believe that we need both micronutrient and macronutrient focus to be our best selves!

MOVEMENT

Picture
The style of movement that we need differs not only from person to person, but also season to season. I combine different movement modalities into your individualised program. For some it might be more yoga, for others it might be more strength training.  There are many variables that we take into consideration in order to find you the best approach to your activity and fitness.

RECOVERY

Do you prioritise your recovery? Many do not! I feel like this is often the last piece to the puzzle to provide optimal living with longevity. A recovery plan is created to make sure you are not just achieving what you need in your everyday - but also unwind and down regulate the nervous system so that you can continue performing at a high level, without stress!

12 WEEK PROGRAM INCLUDES

TRAINING PROGRAM

Custom training program and daily movement targets. Within the 12 week program you will receive 2 blocks of 6 week movement practices. This includes strength training, mobility work, step targets, cardio work and weekly yoga classes for recovery.

NUTRITION TARGETS

Individualised nutrition targets will be given in the form of either meal plans, or macronutrient and micronutrient targets. This is flexible to assist with what you need or what serves you best.

PROGRESS ANALYSIS

Obtain fortnightly progress reports where we measure progress beyond only aesthetics (weight or size). Ensure you are improving in all areas of your life including your sleep, strength, mobility, energy levels and body aches or pain improvement.

Become part of a like-minded community with support, discussions and extra education seminars.

REGULAR CHECK-INS

1on1 support through online check-ins, progress reports and ability to ask questions at your convenience.
