My vision is simple: learning to prioritise longevity while still living for performance. To be able to live and perform well in the now, while not paying for it in the future. This is how we find balance. I help clients feel their best by helping them understand how to eat, how to train, and how to live a healthy lifestyle in balance. NUTRITIONWe eat everyday - this gives us an opportunity each day to provide the very best for our bodies to perform optimally. I focus on a whole foods approach, but with a blend of macronutrient focus and targeting. I believe that we need both micronutrient and macronutrient focus to be our best selves!

MOVEMENTThe style of movement that we need differs not only from person to person, but also season to season. I combine different movement modalities into your individualised program. For some it might be more yoga, for others it might be more strength training. There are many variables that we take into consideration in order to find you the best approach to your activity and fitness.

RECOVERYDo you prioritise your recovery? Many do not! I feel like this is often the last piece to the puzzle to provide optimal living with longevity. A recovery plan is created to make sure you are not just achieving what you need in your everyday - but also unwind and down regulate the nervous system so that you can continue performing at a high level, without stress!
