HOW TO WORK WITH ME:
PHASE ONE:

The foundational package is for a client who is new to online coaching. You are ready to simplify the confusion from too much information. You know that consistency is more important than perfectionism, and you want guidance to help keep you accountable. This is a great place for someone who is tired from "trying it all" and wanting clear steps towards a healthier lifestyle.
This program includes: - foundational daily health targets - 15 minute mobility routine - weekly check-ins - introduction education package - online support through App *minimum 4 week commitment |
PHASE THREE:
SPECIFICS
$75.00 per week
The Full Program is for anyone who has a gym membership at a local gym, but needs more direction in their training and fitness goals. This also includes nutrition and lifestyle recommendations with daily targets. This is the best option for clients who want to take their fitness and health to the next level with a fully personalised program.
This program includes:
- all inclusions from PHASE ONE & PHASE TWO
- personalised training program specific to your goals (specific muscle building)
- specific exercise selection to improve mobility and/or skill acquisition (pull ups, handstands)
*minimum 12 week commitment

PHASE TWO:
MID
$50.00 per week
The mid package is a step up from the foundation. It includes a nutritional assessment, personalised nutrition plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle recommendations with daily targets. This is perfect for someone who has already nailed the PHASE ONE for at least 4 weeks, or already hits the daily health targets as advised by PHASE ONE. You are ready to add in a few extra details.

YOGA MENTORSHIP

This program is for yoga teachers and/or serious students who want to take their understanding of the yoga practice to the next level, while still including the lifestyle + nutrition recommendations in PHASE ONE + TWO. Please note that you are welcome to do this as a full Asana focus, or maybe a few days yoga focus, and a few days strength/training!

- personalised Asana practice + drills, specific to your skill-work goals
- specific pranayama and meditation practices to do daily
- accountability to develop a consistent practice

I am qualified in nutrition, personal training, yoga, acupuncture and herbal formulas. With the system above, we tailor a well-rounded program specific to your own goals and needs.
NUTRITIONWe eat everyday - this gives us an opportunity each day to provide the very best for our bodies to perform optimally. I focus on a whole foods approach, but with a blend of macronutrient focus and targeting. I believe that we need both micronutrient and macronutrient focus to be our best selves!

MOVEMENTThe style of movement that we need differs not only from person to person, but also season to season. I combine different movement modalities into your individualised program. For some it might be more yoga, for others it might be more strength training. There are many variables that we take into consideration in order to find you the best approach to your activity and fitness.

RECOVERYDo you prioritise your recovery? Many do not! I feel like this is often the last piece to the puzzle to provide optimal living with longevity. A recovery plan is created to make sure you are not just achieving what you need in your everyday - but also unwind and down regulate the nervous system so that you can continue performing at a high level, without stress!
