Do you have a journal practice? I can't believe I waited this long to start my own. It's made a pretty big difference on my "me time". Spending 5-15 minutes a day isn't only a good time for self-care, but also a great way to boost creativity. We need to spend less time on our phones and more time exploring our thoughts!
