This smoothie recipe is a creamy, delicious way to start your day out. Ingredients:
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup cashews
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 cup water
handful of spinach
1/2 green apple
1/4 lemon and its juice (peeled)
Blend all ingredients up on high until smooth. Enjoy!
