This dip is my new obsession. When we look at plant-based eaters, there are generally two types of people. One type hates the taste of animal products while others loved the taste but due to compassion and ethical morals cannot eat animal products any longer. I am the latter. Sometimes I feel embarrassed to admit it, but its true! This dip is my new life saver, its adds so much flavor and without the high fat of egg yolks.
This dip is super easy to make and only takes about 5 minutes to make. Not even 5 minutes! Feel free to use store bought hummus or make your own. I always use Black Swan hummus because its vegan, clean and sooo yum!

Ingredients
1 tbsp hummus
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp nutritional yeast|
1/8 tsp black salt

Combine the hummus with water to make more like a dressing. Add nutritional yeast and black salt. The high sulfur content in the black salt is what resembles the taste of egg yolks. I'm serious! I have already made so many meat-eaters taste the black salt without knowing what it will taste like. Everyone is amazed that it tastes like eggs!

You can use this dip for many different meals. Easy examples could be toast with avocado, or lately I have been loving it as a dip for potatoes. The same delicious taste as dipping in eggs but instead of the high fat content, this dip has vitamin B12, protein and fiber. Such a win!

Let me know what you think about the dip in the comments below. How else are you going to use this dip?
