Method Slice brussel sprouts to better allow for brown and crisping. Melt 1 teaspoon of butter on high heat and add sprouts to pan to fry up on high. Cook for around 10 minutes, adding 1 teaspoon of truffle oil towards the end. Remove from heat and serve with parmesan cheese and salt to taste!. *Ps - if you have an airfryer - this would be epic and I am jealous of you!
